  • Must have a valid state driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment
  • Must not have any misdemeanor or felony convictions

We offer equal opportunity for advancement, a nondiscriminatory work environment, profit-sharing, health care coverage for full-time employees, holiday pay, paid vacations after one year of full-time service and a variety of company sponsored events throughout the year.

Security and Patrol Officers

GENERAL:
Security Officers must demonstrate an aptitude in law enforcement and/or becoming a professional security officer. All applicants undergo an initial 90 day probationary period, culminating in licensing training/testing (when/if applicable) thereafter in order to continue serving with ASI as a professional security officer. Security officers must submit their resumes and application packet to the office nearest to them for consideration.

EXPECTATIONS:
ASI Officers are not “guards” or “rent-a-cops.” ASI seeks to undo this public perception and we expect our officers to exercise their duties to this end. Because we hire professionals, we expect our officers to conduct themselves in the highest ethical and professional standards normally associated with professional police officers and federal agents.

This means that ASI officers are expected to perform their duties with the same professionalism as a police officer.

Positions range from Armed Patrol, Armed Posted to Unarmed Posted, Retail, Undercover, VIP security details, Event Security and more.

ADVANCEMENT:
All ASI Officers have opportunities to advance in both rank and pay when performance meets and exceeds our high standards of customer service and professionalism.

We do not discriminate in hiring and we advance personnel based strictly upon their performance and professionalism.

SUBCONTRACTING:
ASI enjoys ongoing relationships with numerous national and regional security companies. We are willing and able to provide supplemental security officers, in most cases on short notice for these business partners. All ASI officers are expected to deliver the same level of professional performance as an ASI sub-contracted security officer.
